We love our homes, but they require repair and maintenance, and eventually remodeling, (usually every twenty years).
Index to the three schedules:
1. The Do first Schedule - Initial Maintenance and Safety Items to perform when you move in or when starting your maintenance program; Occupant and child safety, including pollutants, and general maintenance for all systems and components: (Do all of these first)
2. Time based maintenance Schedule - Seasonal - monthly and annual maintenance: (An easy to follow timetable for your regular maintenance cycles. Try to keep to a schedule, at least seasonally)
